CancunVista is a group of Americans living and working in Mexico with a combined total of over 30 years experience in Mexico. We understand many people have concerns about traveling in Mexico. Our goal is to give you the most enjoyable vacation experience available in Mexico. There is no cost to you for our services. Our system allows you to advance reserve and pay for your hotel, tours and other activities at or below the rates you would pay here in Cancun. We issue vouchers that serve as your prepaid passports for your hotel, tours, and other activities. Reserving with CancunVista insures you get what you want, when you want it!
How the CancunVista System Works
1. You review www.CancunVista.com and www.Cancun-Aquasports.com web sites and decide on the hotel, and/or tours and/or other activities you would like to participate in while in Cancun.
2. You e-mail us, if necessary, and our e-mail staff will answer any questions that you have and send you any additional information that you require to make your decisions.
3. You then go to our secure reservation page on our web site and fill in the information about the hotel and/or tours, and/or other activities you have decided to reserve.
4. On the same secure reservation page you fill in the information concerning your credit card number, expiration date, etc.
5. When we receive your payment, we will e-mail you a voucher for your hotel and separate vouchers for each additional tour and activity. We will also send you additional helpful information, such as, what to bring and a map of where to go and what time to arrive.
6. You then print the vouchers (sometimes called e-tickets, or coupons) on your computer’s printer and the additional information – such as maps-, which will be attached to your confirmation e-mail. Bring them with you to Cancun, they are your prepaid "Passports" to your hotel and your tour activities while in Cancun. You will never be asked to meet any CancunVista representative and waste valuable vacation time. Your vouchers or e-tickets are your entrance tickets to hotels, tours, and activities.
The VistaConcierge
While on your trip, any reservation made with CancunVista will give you access to a VistaConcierge. Need another tour? Need a restaurant recommendation? Need anything not listed on our web sites? The CancunVista Guarantee
We guarantee you can change any tour or activity 24 hours or more before the activity or tour begins. Changes are made without fee or penalty.
Canceled activities will be charged a 5% credit card processing fee.
In the event an activity or tour is cancelled by the operator, for any reason, and you are unable to reschedule, you will be receive an immediate (48 hours or less) 100% refund to your credit card.
(Normal refund time, for a tour reserved and charged in Mexico, can be 4 to 6 weeks. This is because CancunVista does their banking in U.S. not in Mexico.)
