If the cancellation
by the client is:
- More than 46 days prior
to the departure date a refund of 95% of the total tour cost
will be refunded. A 5% (of the total tour cost – an
administrative fee) will be withheld.
- Between 45 days and
30 days prior to the scheduled activity, 30% of the rate quoted
will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Between 29 – 16
days prior to the scheduled activity, 50% of the rate quoted
will be charged as cancellation fee.
- Any cancellation received
less than 15 days prior to the scheduled activity will incur
a 100% charge.

We are staying in a hotel in Cancun how do
we get to the dock?
We strongly recommend that you allow us to arrange private transportation
for you from your hotel.This simplifies your job as group leader
and is not more costly than if you arrange it yourself.
We are staying in the Riviera Maya
how do we get to the dock?
We strongly recommend that you allow us to arrange
private transportation for you from your hotel.This simplifies
your job as group leader and is not more costly than if you
arrange it yourself.
How much time does it take to get to the departure dock
from my hotel?
If you are in the Cancun hotel zone the time to get
from your hotel to the dock will be from 5 to 15 minutes.
If you are in the MoonPalace the time to get from your hotel
to the dock will be about 30 minutes.
If you are in the Puerto Morelos area the time to get from your
hotel to the dock will be about 45 minutes.
If you are in the Playa del Carmen area the time to get from
your hotel to the dock is about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
If you are in the Puerto Aventuras area the time to get from
your hotel to the dock is about 1 hour and 40 minutes.
If you are in the Tulum area the time to get from your hotel
to the dock will be about 2 hours.
What kinds of vehicles are available
for the transfer from our hotel to the dock?
We can transport your group on air conditioned Econoline vans
(14 people per van) or if you have 35 or more we will normally
transport then in an air conditioned bus.If you prefer a bus
so that the group can stay together we will send a bus.
Can we arrange for refreshments on
the bus?
Yes, you tell us your group’s needs and we will
make it happen.Also may times if you are at an all inclusive
resort they will provide ice chest with refreshments for your
“off property” events.

How do I know you have a boat available?
As this is a private tour the farther in advance you
reserve the better.It takes only a 25% deposit to confirm your
tour. Be sure to include your phone number on your reservation
form.
Is it possible to make a reservation
when I get to the area?
We do recommend you make your reservations as far in
advance as possible so that you are sure to get the trip when
you want to go. During the high season from January to August
there are many times we have no space available 5-7 days in
advance. To make your reservation once you arrive in the area
call if in Cancun 898-4312 or 887-8069 if outside Cancun call
us at 01-998-898-4312, and from the states 1-800-860-5917.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policy: Cancellations can be made
up to 14 days before the scheduled departure and you pay only
a 5% administrative fee. Cancellations less than 14 and
more than 7 days before the event are subject to a 25% penalty
of the total amount of the tour. Cancellations less than
7 days before the event are subject to a 100% penalty.
Cancellations because of weather will receive a 100% refund.
Is the pricing on the website correct?
Yes. The prices are accurate and complete meaning that
there are no additional charges. Our guarantee is that you will
not pay more than that published price on our website. We also
quote prices for this tour with “taxes” and with
“tip” included so your group members are not bothered.
I send in a reservation with my credit
card and what happens?
Once you send a reservation we confirm that there is
space available. Then we charge your card. We then put the confirmation
number on a coupon or voucher and send it to you in an email.
You print it and that is your paid receipt for the tour. You
present the coupon at check in.We do the same for your private
transportation needs.You may also call in your reservation:

Should I send in my credit card with
the reservation?
Yes unless you have questions.Then call us at 1-800-860-5917.The
reason it is best to send in your credit card is because you
have a much better chance of getting the private tour the less
time that goes by before the departure date. If there is no
space available we will not charge your credit card but advise
when the tour is available closest to the date you want –subject
to your approval. If you send in a reservation form without
a credit card number inquiring about availability then we respond,
simply more time passes and space could become unavailable.
Again once you are ready to reserve it is best to send your
reservation with a credit card or call us 1-800-860-5917 to
finish the details. Please remember no reservation is made or
confirmed until we have payment (or a deposit) via your credit
card or by other means.
Can I pay with a company check?
Yes you can send a company check to our office in McAllen,
Texas or you can do a wire transfer into our Texas Bank account.If
you desire this method we will send you our banking information.
How can I check the status of my reservation?
It is our objective that you know what is happening
with your reservation. We will send you an update if we are
going to be than 48 hours getting you a response. If 48 hours
has gone by and you have gotten no update or coupon please call
1-800-860-5917 from the USA and Canada or +52-998-898-4312 from
the rest of the world. If you are already in Cancun our local
number is 898-4312 and if you are outside Cancun our number
is 01-998-898-4312.

What is the minimum to get the catamaran
for a private tour?
You need a minimum of 30 people or at least you must
pay for 30 people.
If you have 20 people and want to do the tour on a private basis
you can do it, but you will need to pay for 30 people. 30 paid
is the minimum.
What is the maximum number of people
for one boat?
The catamarans are designed to accommodate 45 people
as a maximum. If you have more then we recommend that you take
2 boats for comfort.
Do you have an English speaking crew?
Yes, our crew speaks English, sufficient to
help you get what you want. Language differences will not be
a problem.
Do the boats have restrooms on the
boats?
Yes the catamarans actually have 4 bathrooms on each
boat.
Do the boats actually sail?
Yes, they will motor away from the dock and raise the
sails and away we go…
Where do you sail?
Once we leave the dock we actually sail between Cancun
and Isla Mujeres.We stay in that area because the seas are usually
quite calm and it makes for a more enjoyable outing.
What is included in the open bar?
From the moment you get on the boat the waiter will
keep your glasses full of the best “National Liquors”
and wines. “National liquors” are rum, vodka, beer,
wines and tequila.
Are there soft drinks and mixers available?
Yes we also have soft drinks and mixers available.
Is there shade on board the boat?
Yes there is plenty of shade for those that don’t want
a lot of sun.
Is there a place to “lay out”
and get suntan?
Yes there is plenty of room to lie on the deck and get all the
“rays” you want.
Will my group get seasick?
The catamarans are 45 footers and since they are twin
hulls they are very stable. However seasickness depends on the
individual and the conditions of the sea the day you go. We
recommend that if you do not know if you get seasick that you
take a commercial motion sickness medication; or use the wrist
bands, patches that go behind the ear or take Ginger pills available
at the local health food store.
Can we dance on the boat?
The bow or front of the catamarans is a huge area
where up to 20 people can dance all at the same time.The music
is easily heard there as there are speakers on the bow of he
boat.
Can we order more than 5 Hors d’
oeuvres per person?
Yes, 5 is the standard amount but if you want 10 per
person we can do that for an extra $5 per person.Just let us
know your needs and we will make it happen.
Can we have a variety of different hors d’ oeuvres?
Yes the amount is 5 per person but choose any combination of
the hors d’ oeuvres we have. Please choose from the list
below:
* Beef brochettes
* Chicken brochettes
* Shrimps brochettes
* Coconut shrimps
* Mini chicken tacos
* Blue cheese fingers
* Turnover with cheese and crab with mango sauce
* Shrimp Turnovers
* Chicken wings with a soy-ginger sauce.
Can we leave at night for a moonlight cruise?
Yes we can do a departure anytime you like.On evenings
of a full moon we highly recommend an evening departure to enjoy
the moon rise over the Caribbean.
