Is transportation included from
the Cancun Hotel Zone?
Yes, transportation is included if you are in the Cancun Hotel Zone.
If you are in the Moon Palace please add $25 to the rate quoted.
Is there transportation in the
Riviera Maya? If so how much does it cost extra?
If you are in the Riviera Maya from the Moon Palace to Puerto Morelos
please add $40 to the rate quoted.
If you are in the Riviera Maya between Puerto Morelos and Playa
del Carmen please add $50 to the rate quoted.
If you are in the Riviera Maya past Playa del Carmen south to Puerto
Aventuras please add $60 to the rate quoted.
If you are in the Riviera Maya past Puerto Aventuras down to Tulum
please add $75 to the rate quoted.

When we charter a Luxury Yacht
where do we go?
We generally stay in from of the Cancun hotel or between Cancun
and Isla Mujeres.
The reason that we stay between Cancun and Isla Mujeres is because
the waters there are calmer than in the open Caribbean.

How do I know you have space available?
If you reserve 10 to 30 days in advance you have a 99% chance we
have space for you. We recommend you send in your reservation, complete
with your credit card information, and if space is not available
we will call or email you with when space is available. So be sure
to include your phone number on your reservation form. Further as
we have a variety of boats we will probably have something that
will work for you if your date and time is not flexible.
Is it possible to make a reservation
when I get to the Cancun or Riviera Maya?
We do recommend you make your reservations as far in advance as
possible so that you are sure to get the trip and boat when you
want to go. During the high season from January to August there
are many times we have no space available 2-3 days in advance. To
make your reservation once you arrive in Cancun call us at 898-4312
or if you are in the Riviera Maya call us at 01-998-898-4312, and
from the states 1-800-860-5917. If you have a U.S. cell phone while
in Mexico you may also dial 1-800-860-5917 to reserve.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel any tour up to 24 hours before departure and only
pay a 5% administrative processing fee. If the trip is cancelled
because the port is closed or due to bad weather then you will receive
a 100% refund. Please remember we do not accept cancellations from
anyone but the person that made the reservation. This is to protect
you.

Is the pricing on the website
correct?
Yes- we guarantee the prices you see. The prices are accurate and
complete meaning that there are no additional charges. Our guarantee
is that you will not pay more than that published price on our website.
At the end of the tour a tip is optional and is generally 10% -
15% of the price depending on how much you like the tour and the
service provided.
How can I check the status of
my reservation?
It is our objective that you know what is happening with your reservation.
We will send you an update if we are going to be than 48 business
hours getting you a response. If 48 business hours have gone by
and you have gotten no update or coupon please call 1-800-860-5917
from the USA and Canada or +52-998-898-4312 from the rest of the
world. If you are already in Cancun our local number is 898-4312
and if you are outside Cancun dial 01-998-898-4312.

QUESTIONS ABOUT THE BOATS
Which boat do you recommend?
We recommend boats generally based on the size of your group and
the activity selected. For example, if you are just a couple then
any of our boats will perform just fine for you and one other person.
Now it becomes a personal preference as to which boat and how big
you would like.
If you have a group larger than 8 we recommend one of the larger
boats.
