“Sian Ka’an" (See an Con), refuge of a great diversity of plants and
animals, including 350 bird species, that live in the jungle, savannahs,
dunes, coast, lagoons, wetlands, cenotes and mangroves of the reserve.
Kayak in the wetlands, and snorkel in the great and mysterious cenotes
with its crystal waters and amazing caves and swim in the Caribbean. A
true multisport adventure.

Recommendations: Bring
comfortable footwear, ecological insect repellent ecological sun block,
sunglasses, a hat or cap, swimming gear, towel, and camera (aquatic as
well if possible), extra cash.

This expedition is not recommended for persons with severe back
problems, any severe physical or
motor handicaps, or serious heart problems.
