The Sandra Lynn is a 52 foot motor yacht with twin diesel engines for your security.She has air conditioning in the main salon and in the 2 cabins with bathrooms and the 1 cabin without bathroom.Also enjoy a full kitchen, 1 full bathroom, an outside covered deck and a spacious solarium and a salon with couch and chairs in a comfortable living room setting.

This yacht is perfect for groups of 10 or more people or anyone desiring luxury and privacy and a desire to go where the “ average tourist ” does not go.We can take you to Isla Mujeres for dinner or to Isla Contoy, down to Cozumel or just for an afternoon of snorkeling-snorkeling equipment included.

Multi-Day Cruises:
Multi-Day rental rate is $3,100 USD per day.
Multi-Day rental includes the yacht and crew, and 3 meals a day for up to 6 people.

What is the most people I can put on board?
The boat is actually licensed for 50 people but we feel that with 50 it is a bit crowded. 40 people is perfect.

Can I rent the boat for less than 4 hours?
The 4 hour rate is the minimum rate. You may charter the boat for less time but you will pay the 4 hour rate.

Questions about food

How much does food cost?
The easiest way to work food is, you give us the menu you want and the number of people, and we will quote it. Cancun has 2- 24-7 Wal-Marts and Sam’s and Costco so we can do just about any menu you desire. Snacks, hor d’ oeuvres or dinners.

Can you decorate the yacht?
Yes, for example we can put flower arrangements and other wedding related decorations if you are getting married or want to celebrate an anniversary. If you have your own decorations of course you can bring them.

How much is the open bar?
The open bar can be “National Liquors,” which is liquors made in Mexcio which includes Rums, Tequilas, Vodkas, and Gins, and beer, or the open bar can be “International Liquors” which includes imported liquors such as Whiskey, Bourbons, and high end vodkas and rums.

Questions about cancellations

What is your cancellation policy?
When the trip is cancelled because the port is closed then yes you will receive a 100% refund. The port can be closed by the Port Captain when he feels it is dangerous to be on the seas because of inclement weather. If you cancel the trip you will get a 95% refund up to 24 hours before the departure time. 5% is held out for administrative fees.

Questions about the cruise

Do we need to worry about getting seasick?
While we cannot guarantee that people will not get seasick, we can say that it is very rare. The reason is that we stay in the area between Isla Mujeres and Cancun which usually a calm area of the sea. If you have people that are worried about seasickness we recommend that they visit a pharmacy before coming to Cancun to discuss with a professional all the options to avoid seasickness.

Can you pick us up in Isla Mujeres?
Yes, no problem. On Isla Mujeres we can pick you up at the city dock for a fee of $2.00 per person or we can pick you up at the Villa Rolandi pier free of charge. We do recommend you purchase a soft drink or coffee in Villa Rolandi since you are taking advantage of their pier. By the way Villa Rolandi has a great restaurant.

Can I charter the boat for the time of day I want?
If we do not have a conflicting charter you may choose the hours of your charter. You may choose morning, midday, afternoon or evening charter assuming we have the time available. As this is the only boat of its kind that we operate we recommend you reserve as far in advance as possible.

How far in advance should I reserve the Sandra Lynn?
As this is the only boat of its kind in our fleet we do recommend that you reserve as far in advance as possible. We do want you to get what you want when you want it.

How do we get from our hotel to the yacht?
We can send you a map or we will be glad to provide you with private transportation:

• Playa del Carmen Hotels include: All hotels in Playa del Carmen and Playacar and Mayan Palace, Iberostar Paraiso and Beach, Maroma, Venta Club, El Mandarin, Secrets Capri, Capitan Lafitte, Caracol Village, Las Palapas, Shangri La.Price for up to 14 people is$143.
• Puerto Aventuras Hotels include: Aventura Spa Palace, Omni, Cameleon Marital, Barcelo Maya, Xpu-Ha Palace, Copacabana, Robison Club, El Dorado Seaside Suites, Las Casitas.Price for up to 14 people is $171.
