We are staying in a Cancun hotel,
how do we get there?
We do have hotel pickup for groups for this tour.
The price will be between $5 and $8 per person depending in
which hotel you stay. Before you reserve we will send you
a quote with the exact amount per person for transportation
and we will send you the travel time from your hotel so you
can plan your event. You may also call us for a quote 1-800-860-5917.
We are staying
in the Riviera Maya how do we get there?
Transportation from the Riviera Maya is available for your
group for this tour The price for transportation will depend
on which hotel you are in the Riviera Maya. Please request
a transportation quote. When you reserve we will send you
a recommended time for the departure from your hotel lobby.

How do I know you have space available?
If you reserve 30 to 45 days in advance you have
a 99% chance we have space for you. We recommend you call
1-800-860-5917 or email us your group needs.
Is it possible to make a reservation
when I get to the Cancun or Riviera Maya?
For groups we do recommend you make your reservations
as far in advance as possible so that you are sure to get
the trip when you want to go. Please call us toll free at
1-800-860-5917. During the high season from January to August
there are many times we have no space.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policy for group tours: Cancellations
can be made up to 14 days before the scheduled departure and
you pay only a 5% administrative fee. Cancellations less than
14 and more than 7 days before the event are subject to a
25% penalty of the total amount of the tour. Cancellations
less than 7 days before the event are subject to a 100% penalty.
Cancellations because of weather will receive a 100% refund.
Is the pricing on the website correct?
Yes. The prices are accurate and complete meaning
that there are no additional charges. Our guarantee is that
you will not pay more than that published price on our website.
We also quote prices for this tour with “taxes”
and with “tip” included so your group members
are not bothered.
I send in a reservation with my
credit card and what happens?
Once you send a reservation we confirm that there
is space available. Then we charge your card. We then put
the confirmation number on a coupon or voucher and send it
to you in an email. You print it and that is your paid receipt
for the tour. You present the coupon at check in. We do the
same for your private transportation needs. You may also call
in your reservation: 1-800-860-5917.
Should I send in my credit card
with the reservation?
Yes unless you have questions. Then call us at 1-800-860-5917.The
reason it is best to send in your credit card is because you
have a much better chance of getting the private tour the
less time that goes by before the departure date. If there
is no space available we will not charge your credit card
but advise when the tour is available closest to the date
you want –subject to your approval. If you send in a
reservation form without a credit card number inquiring about
availability then we respond, simply more time passes and
space could become unavailable. Again once you are ready to
reserve it is best to send your reservation with a credit
card or call us 1-800-860-5917 to finish the details. Please
remember no reservation is made or confirmed until we have
payment (or a deposit) via your credit card or by other mean.
Can I pay with a company check?
Yes you can send a company check to our office in
McAllen, Texas or you can do a wire transfer into our Texas
Bank account. If you desire this method we will send you our
banking information.

How can I check the status of my
reservation?
It is our objective that you know what is happening
with your reservation. We will send you an update if we are
going to be than 48 hours getting you a response. If 48 hours
has gone by and you have gotten no update or coupon please
call 1-800-860-5917 from the USA and Canada or +52-998-898-4312
from the rest of the world. If you are already in Cancun our
local number is 898-4312 and if you are outside Cancun our
number is 01-998-898-4312.

What is the minimum to get the boat
for a private tour?
It depends on the activity. Please refer to each activity
above.
What is the maximum number of people
for one boat?
It depends on the activity. Please refer to each
activity above.

Do you have an English speaking
crew?
Yes, our crew speaks English, sufficient to help
you get what you want. Language differences will not be a
problem.
Does the boat have restrooms?
Yes the there are 4 restrooms onboard.
Where do you go with the boat on
the tour?
We will either cruise in Nichupte Lagoon in front
of the Cancun hotel zone.
Where do you actually go?
Once we leave the dock we actually motor in the Nichupte
Lagoon with a great view of the Cancun hotel zone.
What is included in the open bar?
From the moment you get on the boat the waiter will
keep your glasses full of the best “National Liquors”
and wines. “National liquors” are rum, vodka,
beer, wines and tequila.
Are there soft drinks and mixers
available?
Yes we also have soft drinks and mixers available.
Is there shade and protected areas
on board the boat?
The entire first deck is enclosed and therefore shady
and it is also fully air conditioned. The top deck is sunny
and does not have shade, but those that desire shade can not
only have shade but also a place to sit in air conditioned
comfort and watch the world go by.
Will my group get seasick?
No this is a very tranquil lagoon and there should be no problem
with anyone getting seasick. However seasickness depends on
the individual. We recommend that if you guest know they get
seasick in calm waters we recommend that they take a commercial
motion sickness medication; or use the wrist bands, patches
that go behind the ear or take Ginger pills available at the
local health food store.
Can we dance on the boat?
Yes there will be room to dance on the boat The music choice
is yours.
We have something special that we
want to do. Can we do it?
If it is legal, we have no problem. Always remember,
there is a Captain on the boat but you are the Admiral. What
do you want to do? We will help you make it happen.
We would like a special cake for
our group?
No problem, we can do cakes for any group size and
put a special message on the cake.
Is this tour a good choice for a
rehearsal dinner?
This tour is excellent for a rehearsal dinner. What
a great way to say thank you to your guest for coming to be
a part of your wedding.
