We are staying in a Cancun hotel,
how do we get there?
We have pickup at Plaza Kukulcan at the Expresso Lounge
at the entrance to the Luxury Avenue section at the south end
of the Plaza. Exact pickup time will be sent when you reserve.
We are staying in the Playa de Carmen
how do we get there?
We have hotel pickup at the Gran Porto Real, Royal
Porto Real and the Real Playa del Carmen. If you are close to
one of these hotels you may be picked up there. If you are closer
to Plaza Playacar we also have pickup there. When you reserve
we will send you the exact time of pickup in your hotel lobby.
We are staying in the Riviera Maya
how do we get there?
From the Riviera Maya we have hotel pickup. When you
reserve we will send you the exact pick up time for the tour
you have selected.
We have our on car. Can we take this
tour?
Yes, we will send you a map with instructions on how
to get to the horseback riding ranch. From the Cancun hotel
zone your approximate travel time will be about 40 minutes.
From Playa del Carmen the travel time will be approximately
30 minutes. You can select from the following actual tour times:
9:00 AM, 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM.
Do we get to ride on the beach as
in the pictures?
Yes you do. You will take the saddle off the horse and then
go into the water. You may want to wear a bathing
under your cloths.
I am an experienced rider and would
like to gallop the horse a bit, will I get the chance?
Yes you will get the chance on the beach to gallop the horse.
I have never ridden a horse. Is this
tour for me?
If riding a horse is something you have always wanted to do
then yes this is the tour for you. The horses are very tame
and easy going and you will have fun.
Is there a weight limit for the horseback
riding tour?
Yes the limit is 100 kilos or 220 pounds.

How do I know you have space available?
If you reserve 10 to 30 days in advance you have a
99% chance we have space for you. We recommend you send in your
reservation, complete with your credit card information, and
if space is not available we will call or email you with when
space is available. So be sure to include your phone number
on your reservation form.
Is it possible to make a reservation
when I get to the Cancun or Riviera Maya?
We do recommend you make your reservations as far in
advance as possible so that you are sure to get the trip when
you want to go. During the high season from January to August
there are many times we have no space available 2-3 days in
advance. To make your reservation once you arrive in Cancun
call us at 898-4312 or if you are in the Riviera Maya call us
at 01-998-898-4312, and from the states 1-800-860-5917. If you
have a U.S. cell phone while in Mexico you may also dial 1-800-860-5917
to reserve.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel any tour up to 24 hours before departure
and only pay a 5% administrative processing fee. If the trip
is cancelled because the port is closed or due to bad weather
then you will receive a 100% refund. Please remember we do not
accept cancellations from anyone but the person that made the

Is the pricing on the website correct?
Yes- we guarantee the prices you see. The prices are
accurate and complete meaning that there are no additional charges.
Our guarantee is that you will not pay more than that published
price on our website. At the end of the tour a tip is optional
and is generally 10% - 15% of the price depending on how much
you like the tour and the service provided.
How can I check the status of my reservation?
It is our objective that you know what is happening
with your reservation. We will send you an update if we are
going to be than 48 hours getting you a response. If 48 hours
has gone by and you have gotten no update or coupon please call
1-800-860-5917 from the USA and Canada or +52-998-898-4312 from
the rest of the world. If you are already in Cancun our local
number is 898-4312 and if you are outside Cancun dial 01-998-898-4312.

We are arriving by cruise ship in
Cancun. Will we be able to take this tour?
This tour is not recommended if you are arriving by ship. Your
schedule as a rule will not fit the departure and return times
of the tour.
We are arriving by cruise ship to
Calica. Will we be able to take this tour?
We do not have pickup in the Calica cruise ship port.
However we do have pickup in Plaza Playacar in nearby
(10 minutes by cab) Playa del Carmen. We can pick you up there.
We will send exact instructions when you reserve.
We are arriving by cruise ship to
Cozumel. Will we be able to take this tour?
NO you cannot take this tour but for Horseback Riding
