Itinerary - “Sea Passion” – Catamaran Snorkeling - Isla Mujeres Day Tour:

9:30 AM	Check in the Cancun Hotel Zone (We will send you a map when you reserve.)
10:00 AM to 11:00 AM	Sail (time may very according to the prevailing winds) from Cancun to Isla Mujeres.
11:00 AM to 11:40 AM	Snorkeling in the National Marine Park on the reef of “El Farito” on the north part of the Island – water depths between 7 to 8 feet.
11:40 AM to 12:10 PM	Swimming and relaxing at “Playa Norte” on the north end of Isla Mujeres. Playa Norte is one of those classical tropical beaches so have your camera ready.
12:10 PM to 2:00 PM	Free time on the beach or shopping in downtown Isla Mujeres.
2:00 PM to 3:30 PM	Buffet Lunch* on the beach at the private beach club – Playa Mexico**.
3:30 PM to 4:45 PM	Sailing back to Cancun – arrival time may vary according to the prevailing winds.

We are staying in a Cancun hotel, how do we get there?
When you reserve you will receive a map showing where your hotel is located and where the departure point is located. You can take a taxi or take a bus and get there easily.

We are staying in the Riviera Maya how do we get there?
If you are staying in the Riviera Maya we will send you the exact time of pickup when you reserve. The Riviera Maya price included round trip transportation from your hotel.

Where do we go snorkeling?
You will snorkel in the Mexican National Park located between Cancun and Isla Mujeres. The actual reef in the park is “El Farito.”

Is there any activity that we must do?
All the activities are optional. If you just want to sit back relax and watch the ocean go by as you sail and then go lounge on the beach, fine – this is your special day in paradise. You will have options but do as many or as few as you please.

How do I know you have space available?
If you reserve 10 to 30 days in advance you have a 99% chance we have space for you. We recommend you send in your reservation, complete with your credit card information, and if space is not available we will call or email you with when space is available. So be sure to include your phone number on your reservation form.

Is it possible to make a reservation when I get to the Cancun or Riviera Maya?
We do recommend you make your reservations as far in advance as possible so that you are sure to get the trip when you want to go. During the high season from January to August there are many times we have no space available 2-3 days in advance. To make your reservation once you arrive in Cancun call us at 898-4312 or if you are in the Riviera Maya call us at 01-998-898-4312, and from the states 1-800-860-5917. If you have a U.S. cell phone while in Mexico you may also dial 1-800-860-5917 to reserve.

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel any tour up to 24 hours before departure and only pay a 5% administrative processing fee. If the trip is cancelled because the port is closed or due to bad weather then you will receive a 100% refund. Is the pricing on the website correct?
Yes- we guarantee the prices you see. The prices are accurate and complete meaning that there are no additional charges. Our guarantee is that you will not pay more than that published price on our website. At the end of the tour a tip is optional and is generally 10% - 15% of the price depending on how much you like the tour and the service provided.

How can I check the status of my reservation?
It is our objective that you know what is happening with your reservation. We will send you an update if we are going to be than 48 hours getting you a response. If 48 hours has gone by and you have gotten no update or coupon please call 1-800-860-5917 from the USA and Canada or +52-998-898-4312 from the rest of the world. We are arriving by cruise ship in Cancun. Will we be able to take this tour?
This tour is not recommended if you are arriving by ship. Your schedule as a rule, will not fit the departure and return times of the tour.
