Políticas de Cancelacion, Reservación y Pago:

Si la Cancelacion es realizada por el cliente, aplica lo siguiente:

• más de 46 días de anticipacion a la decha de salida  se le regresa el 95% del costo total. Un 5% (del costo total de su actividad por cargo administrativo) serán retenidos.
• entre 45 días y 30 días antes de la actividad programada, se le cobrara el 30% del costo total por cancelacion de su actividad.
• entre 29 días y 16 días antes de la actividad programada, se le cobrara el 50% del costo total por cancelacion de su actividad.
• cualquier cancelación recibida menos de 15 días antes de la actividad programada se le cobrara el 100%.

Política de Reserva y pago:

• Se cobrará el 50% del costo total en el momento de la reserva.
• Se cobrará el 50% del costo total 30 días antes de la actividad programada.

¿Cuánto tiempo nos lleva llegar al muelle de salida desde mi hotel?
Si usted esta en la zona hotelera de Cancun el tiempo de llagada al muelle será entre 5 y 15 minutos.
Si usted esta en el MoonPalace el tiempo para llegar desde su hotel hasta el muelle será alrededor de 30 minutos.
Si usted esta en Puerto Morelos el tiempo de llegada desde su hotel hasta el muelle será alrededor de 45 minutos.
Si usted esta en Playa del Carmen el tiempo de llegada desde su hotel hasta el muelle será alrededor de 1 hora y 15 minutos.
Si usted está en Puerto Aventuras el tiempo de llegada desde su hotel hasta el muelle será de 1 hora y 40 minutos.
Si usted está en el área de Tulum el tiempo de llegada desde su hotel hasta el muelle será de 2 horas.

¿Qué tipo de Vehículos tienen disponibles para la transportación desde nuestro hotel hasta el muelle?
Podemos transportar a su grupo en vans Ecoline con aire acondicionado (14 personas por van) o si usted tiene 35 o más personas normalmente los transportamos en un autobus con aire acondicionado. Si usted prefiere un autobus para que el grupo este junto, nosotros le enviamos el autobus.

¿Podemos rentar el autobus con refrescos?
si, díganos lo que su grupo necesita y nosotros lo haremos posible. También en algunas ocasiones si usted se encuentra en un hotel todo incluído, ellos le proporcionan una hielera con refrescos para sus actividades fuera del hotel.

PREGUNTAS ACERCA DE RESERVACIONES Y CANCELACIONES

Is it possible to make a reservation when I get to the area?
We do recommend you make your reservations as far in advance as possible so that you are sure to get the trip when you want to go. During the high season from January to August there are many times we have no space available 5-7 days in advance. To make your reservation once you arrive in the area call if in Cancun 898-4312 or 887-8069 if outside Cancun call us at 01-998-898-4312, and from the states 1-800-860-5917.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policy:  Cancellations can be made up to 14 days before the scheduled departure and you pay only a 5% administrative fee.  Cancellations less than 14 and more than 7 days before the event are subject to a 25% penalty of the total amount of the tour.  Cancellations less than 7 days before the event are subject to a 100% penalty.  Cancellations because of weather will receive a 100% refund.

Is the pricing on the website correct?
Yes. The prices are accurate and complete meaning that there are no additional charges. Our guarantee is that you will not pay more than that published price on our website. We also quote prices for this tour with “taxes” and with “tip” included so your group members are not bothered.

I send in a reservation with my credit card and what happens?
Once you send a reservation we confirm that there is space available. Then we charge your card. We then put the confirmation number on a coupon or voucher and send it to you in an email. You print it and that is your paid receipt for the tour. You present the coupon at check in.We do the same for your private transportation needs.You may also call in your reservation: 1-800-860-5917.

Should I send in my credit card with the reservation?
Yes unless you have questions.Then call us at 1-800-860-5917.The reason it is best to send in your credit card is because you have a much better chance of getting the private tour the less time that goes by before the departure date. If there is no space available we will not charge your credit card but advise when the tour is available closest to the date you want –subject to your approval. If you send in a reservation form without a credit card number inquiring about availability then we respond, simply more time passes and space could become unavailable. Again once you are ready to reserve it is best to send your reservation with a credit card or call us 1-800-860-5917 to finish the details. Please remember no reservation is made or confirmed until we have payment (or a deposit) via your credit card or by other means.

Can I pay with a company check?
Yes you can send a company check to our office in McAllen, Texas or you can do a wire transfer into our Texas Bank account.If you desire this method we will send you our banking information.

How can I check the status of my reservation?
It is our objective that you know what is happening with your reservation. We will send you an update if we are going to be than 48 hours getting you a response. If 48 hours has gone by and you have gotten no update or coupon please call 1-800-860-5917 from the USA and Canada or +52-998-898-4312 from the rest of the world. If you are already in Cancun our local number is 898-4312 and if you are outside Cancun our number is 01-998-898-4312.

QUESTIONS ABOUT THE BOATS, TOUR AND FOOD & DRINK

What is the minimum to get the catamaran for a private tour?
You need a minimum of 30 people or at least you must pay for 30 people.
If you have 20 people and want to do the tour on a private basis you can do it, but you will need to pay for 30 people. 30 paid is the minimum.

What is the maximum number of people for one boat?
The catamarans are designed to accommodate 45 people as a maximum. If you have more then we recommend that you take 2 boats for comfort.

Do you have an English speaking crew?
Yes, our crew speaks English, sufficient to help you get what you want. Language differences will not be a problem.

Do the boats have restrooms on the boats?
Yes the catamarans actually have 4 bathrooms on each boat.

Do the boats actually sail?
Yes, they will motor away from the dock and raise the sails and away we go…

Where do you sail?
Once we leave the dock we actually sail between Cancun and Isla Mujeres.We stay in that area because the seas are usually quite calm and it makes for a more enjoyable outing.

What is included in the open bar?
From the moment you get on the boat the waiter will keep your glasses full of the best “National Liquors” and wines. “National liquors” are rum, vodka, beer, wines and tequila.

Are there soft drinks and mixers available?
Yes we also have soft drinks and mixers available.

Is there shade on board the boat?
Yes there is plenty of shade for those that don’t want a lot of sun.

Is there a place to “lay out” and get suntan?
Yes there is plenty of room to lie on the deck and get all the “rays” you want.

Will my group get seasick?
The catamarans are 45 footers and since they are twin hulls they are very stable. However seasickness depends on the individual and the conditions of the sea the day you go. We recommend that if you do not know if you get seasick that you take a commercial motion sickness medication; or use the wrist bands, patches that go behind the ear or take Ginger pills available at the local health food store.

Can we dance on the boat?
The bow or front of the catamarans is a huge area where up to 20 people can dance all at the same time.The music is easily heard there as there are speakers on the bow of he boat.

Can we order more than 5 Hors d’ oeuvres per person?
Yes, 5 is the standard amount but if you want 10 per person we can do that for an extra $5 per person.Just let us know your needs and we will make it happen.

Can we have a variety of different hors d’ oeuvres?
Yes the amount is 5 per person but choose any combination of the hors d’ oeuvres we have. Please choose from the list below:

* Coconut shrimps
* Crabs
* Mini chicken tacos
* Blue cheese fingers
* Turnover with cheese and crab with mango sauce

Can we leave at night for a moonlight cruise?
Yes we can do a departure anytime you like.On evenings of a full moon we highly recommend an evening departure to enjoy the moon rise over the Caribbean.
