Rio Secreto - Riviera Mayan - tour Itinerary:
• Pick up in a van from your hotel and transported to an operations center.
• Transportation to Rio Secreto from the operations center in an original all-terrain Mercedes Benz Unimog.
• Arrival at Rio Secreto where you will receive a brief orientation.
• A guide will be assigned to groups of 6 people.
• The guide will evaluate your group 6 people and customize your adventure to your groups ages, and desires.
• Guided 1 ½ hour tour through Rio Secreto which is a combination of walking and swimming through the caverns.
• Back at the base a light lunch is served as you exchange accounts of your unique experience.
• 3 hours in the Rio Secreto in total.

Do you have pick up from Cancun?
At this time this adventure tour does not have transportation from Cancun. The only way to get there is to drive if you have a car or if you would like to go on a private tour. For a private tour to Rio Secreto for you and your family or guests click here.

The water is 74 degrees Fahrenheit or about 24 Celsius. A wet suit is provided so you do not get chilled

How do I know you have space available?
Space is limited on this expedition. If you reserve 3 to 5 days in advance you have a 90% chance we have space for you. We recommend you send in your reservation, complete with your credit card information, and if space is not available we will call or email you with when space is available. So be sure to include your phone number on your reservation form.

Is it possible to make a reservation when I get to the Riviera Maya?
We do recommend you make your reservations as far in advance as possible so that you are sure to get the trip when you want to go. During the high season from January to August there are many times we have no space available 2-3 days in advance. To make your reservation once you arrive in Cancun call us at 898-4312 or if you are in the Riviera Maya call us at 01-998-898-4312, and from the states 1-800-860-5917. If you have a U.S. cell phone while in Mexico you may also dial 1-800-860-5917 to reserve.

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel any tour up to 24 hours before departure and only pay a 5% administrative processing fee. If the trip is cancelled because the port is closed or due to bad weather then you will receive a 100% refund. Is the pricing on the website correct?
Yes- we guarantee the prices you see. The prices are accurate and complete meaning that there are no additional charges. Our guarantee is that you will not pay more than that published price on our website. At the end of the tour a tip is optional and is generally 10% - 15% of the price depending on how much you like the tour and the service provided.

How can I check the status of my reservation?
It is our objective that you know what is happening with your reservation. We will send you an update if we are going to be than 48 business hours getting you a response. If 48 business hours has gone by and you have gotten no update or coupon please call 1-800-860-5917 from the USA and Canada or +52-998-898-4312 from the rest of the world.
