pace on the advanced Extreme Canopy Tour. Adventure 1 – Upon arrival you will be given a locker to safeguard you personal belongings and then it is on to class for instructions in the use of harnesses and how to navigate safely the 12 cables of the “EXTREMO” circuit which is the “fastest” and the “longest” set of Zip lines in Mexico. Then you are off on the zip lines divided into 24 platforms and 12 Zip Lines all above and through the beautiful Yucatan Mayan Jungle. Adventure 2 – Ride your Gary Fisher mountain bike to a “cenote” or sink hole. A van is available for those that prefer not to ride a bike. As the Yucatan peninsula is flat there are no mountains only small knolls and some rocky areas but nothing that the average bicycle rider cannot handle. Adventure 3 – Swim or take a zip line into the cenote and refresh yourself is this fantastic and beautiful cenote that is private just for Selvatica adventurers. The water is clear, refreshing and clean so please remember to bring your swimsuit and a towel. Adventure 4 – Then it is back to the Selvatica Adventure Kingdom base of operations for another “rush of adrenaline” for you final adventure – the “parachute drop.” Experience the thrill of a very fast and exhilarating initial drop in “freefall” and rapid slow down with a safe and soft landing on the ground. Then, once your stomach settles down you will be give a light lunch and water and then transportation back to your hotel. Total tour time will be about 5 hours.
