Do you offer hotel pickups in Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya?
Yes we have hotel pickup please see the hotel pickup schedule.
Where is the departure point?
This ATV Explorer Tour begins in the jungle south of Playa del Carmen.
Is this tour available from the Cancun?
At this time we do not offer transportation from Cancun. If you have a car you can take the tour and we will send you a map on how to get to the departure point when you reserve.

Are there age restrictions for participating in the ATV Explorer tour?
The minimum recommend age to enjoy the tour is 5 years old. Children age 5-11 years must ride double. Children age 12 years and older can ride single.
What type of ATVs do you use?
Our ATVs are Yamaha 125 cc, and are fully automatic.
Do I need a driver’s license?
No, we do not require a driver’s license.
Can I drive REALLY fast or take the ATV off on my own?
This is a guided tour through the jungle. It is not a race. Tour safety is very important to us and we want our guests of all ages to enjoy the tour. We do not allow guests to venture out alone or operate the ATV in a manner that we feel is unsafe.
What if it rains?
We operate the tour rain or shine. In fact, the tour is great, muddy fun in the rain!
What is included in the tour?
Aside from the list above we provide you with helmets and safety goggles for use while riding the ATVs. We have masks and life jackets if you would like to use them during your visit to the Cenote. At the end of the tour we offer soft drinks or water to quench your thirst.
What do I need to bring?
We recommend that you wear your swimming suit under your clothes and wear comfortable shoes. We also recommend that you bring a towel, insect repellent (bio degradable), and money to purchase your souvenir t-shirt or photograph and if you like, tips for the guides.

How do I know you have space available?
If you reserve 7 to 10 days in advance you have a 99% chance we have space for you. We recommend you send in your reservation, complete with your credit card information, and if space is not available we will call or email you with when space is available. So be sure to include your phone number on your reservation form.
Is it possible to make a reservation
when I get to the Riviera Maya?
We do recommend you make your reservations as far in advance as
possible so that you are sure to get the trip when you want to go.
During the high season from January to August there are many times
we have no space available 2-3 days in advance. To make your reservation
once you arrive in Cancun call us at 898-4312 or if you are in the
Riviera Maya call us at 01-998-898-4312, and from the states 1-800-860-5917.
If you have a U.S. cell phone while in Mexico you may also dial
1-800-860-5917 to reserve.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel any tour up to 24 hours before departure and only
pay a 5% administrative processing fee. If the trip is cancelled
because the port is closed or due to bad weather then you will receive
a 100% refund. Please remember we do not accept cancellations from
anyone but the person that made the reservation. This is to protect
you.

Is the pricing on the website
correct?
Yes- we guarantee the prices you see. The prices
are accurate and complete meaning that there are no additional charges.
Our guarantee is that you will not pay more than that published
price on our website. At the end of the tour a tip is optional and
is generally 10% - 15% of the price depending on how much you like
the tour and the service provided.
I send in a reservation with my credit card and what happens?
Once you send a reservation we confirm that there is space available. Then we charge your card. We then put the confirmation number on a coupon or voucher and send it to you in an email. You print it and that is your paid receipt for the tour. You present the coupon at check in.
Should I send in my credit card with the reservation?
Yes because you have a much better chance of getting the tour the less time that goes by before the departure. If there is no space available we will not charge your credit card but advise when the tour is available closest to the date you want. If you send in a reservation form without a credit card number inquiring about availability then we respond, simply more time passes giving the tour more time to fill up. Again once you are ready to reserve it is best to send your reservation with a credit card. Please remember no reservation is made until we have payment via your credit card or by other means.
How can I check the status of
my reservation?
It is our objective that you know what is happening
with your reservation. We will send you an update if we are going
to be than 48 business hours getting you a response. If 48 business
hours has gone by and you have gotten no update or coupon please
call 1-800-860-5917 from the USA and Canada or +52-998-898-4312
from the rest of the world. If you are already in Cancun our local
number is 898-4312 and if you are in Mexico but outside Cancun dial
01-998-898-4312.
