Where do you pick me up? If you are in coming in on a Cruise Ship we will pick you up at the Barracuda Hotel. This hotel is close to the cruise ship docks but due to cruise ship security we cannot pick you up at the cruise ship pier but we can return you to the cruise ship pier. I am staying in Cozumel where will you pick me up? We will pick you up at your Cozumel Hotel. Can I take the Cozumel Fly fishing and Spinning fishing trip from Playa del Carmen? If yes where will you pick me up? Yes you can take this trip from Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya. All you need to do is take the Playa del Carmen to Cozumel Ferry ($22 USD round trip) and we will pick you up at the Cozumel Ferry Dock.

What happens once I reserve? Once you send in a reservation with your credit card we will charge your card the amount of the tour. Then we will send you a coupon which you will print and bring with you to be given to the driver at the time of pickup. The coupon is your proof of purchase and will have a unique confirmation number and coupon number on it and an emergency phone number to call if something goes wrong. What is your cancellation policy? You can cancel any fishing trip up to 24 hours before departure and only pay a 5% credit administrative processing fee. If the trip is cancelled because the port is closed or due to bad weather then you will receive a 100% refund. Please remember we do not accept cancellations from anyone but the person that made the reservation. This is to protect you. What if I want to change the date of the trip? No problem, we will gladly move any trip for you to a different day, space permitting, as long as you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice. There is no fee for changes. Is it possible to make a fly fishing or spin tackle fishing reservation when I get to Cozumel? Only if your are staying in Cozumel several days. We cannot accept reservations same day if you are arriving by cruise ship. What are we likely to catch? In the lagoon where we go you most likely to catch Bone Fish. You will also get a shot at (depending on the season) Tarpon, Snook, Permit, Snapper, Bone Fish, Barracuda and Lady Fish or Skip Jack. Do you provide the equipment? Yes, if you are fly-fishing or spin tackle fishing we supply the equipment. Can I bring my own equipment? Absolutely, if you have a favorite rod, reel, lures and flies bring them. Do I need wading equipment? No. The boats are actually very shallow draft and the guide will pole you around so all fishing will actually be done from the boat. What is the maximum number of people on the boat? The boat is private or just for you and your party. The maximum on one boat is two fishermen. Our boats are small and if you are more than 2 fishermen you will need one boat for every 2 fisherman.
