Well here is your chance for a “real snorkeling adventure” in Puerto Morelos, a “sleepy” little fisherman’s town north of Calica about 40 minutes by van. Snorkel in a protected lagoon on two different reefs. You will get picked up at the Calica Cruise Ship dock and taken to Puerto Morelos where you will board one of our boats for the short ride to the edge of the Second Largest Coral Reef in the World where you will snorkel on two different sites and enjoy all the colorful corals and multitudes of fishes up close and personal. This tour fits most cruise ship schedules.

1:30 PM - 1:45 PM Depart for Calica
2:30 PM- 2:45 PM – Absolutely latest time to return to Calica Cruise Ship Dock.

QUESTIONS ABOUT THE GETTING THERE

Our ship arrives at 8:00 AM can we make an 8:30 pick up?
Yes you should have no problem. Just be down in the disembarking area early so you can be one of the first to get off the ship.

How do I know where to find you?
We will be at the main disembarking area with a sign with your name on it. Look for us but the area is not that large and it will not be a problem.

Where do we go snorkeling?
You will snorkel in the Mexican National Park located in Puerto Morelos. Along that section of the Yucatan coast there is a barrier reef that is visible from the shore. You will be snorkeling in the waters between the Yucatan coast and the barrier reef. The reef is part of the second largest reef system in the world.

How many times will we snorkel?
You will get two opportunities to snorkel on two different locations along the barrier reef that is located along the coast offshore from the fishing village Puerto Morelos.

How many people are on the boat?
There will normally be 8 to 16 people on the boat.

I am not a good swimmer, can I still snorkel?
While being a good swimmer is an asset, it is not a must. You will have on a life jacket the entire time you are in the water as well as fins, mask and a snorkel.

How do I know you have space available?
If you reserve 10 to 30 days in advance you have a 99% chance we have space for you. We recommend you send in your reservation, complete with your credit card information, and if space is not available we will call or email you with when space is available. So be sure to include your phone number on your reservation form.

Is it possible to make a reservation when I get to the Cancun or Riviera Maya?
We do recommend you make your reservations as far in advance as possible so that you are sure to get the trip when you want to go. Also make your reservations before you leave on the cruise. We cannot accept reservations same day service.

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel any tour up to 24 hours before departure and only pay a 5% administrative processing fee. If the trip is cancelled because the port is closed or due to bad weather then you will receive a 100% refund. Is the pricing on the website correct?
Yes - we guarantee the prices you see. The prices are accurate and complete meaning that there are no additional charges. Our guarantee is that you will not pay more than that published price on our website. At the end of the tour a tip is optional and is generally 10% - 15% of the price depending on how much you like the tour and the service provided.

How can I check the status of my reservation?
It is our objective that you know what is happening with your reservation. We will send you an update if we are going to be than 48 hours getting you a response.
